Meal Prep Spice Combinations: 7 Flavour Profiles for the Week

Meal prepping doesn't have to mean eating the same bland chicken and rice all week. With the right spice combinations, you can cook one protein and transform it into 7 completely different meals. Here are our favourite flavour profiles.

1. Mediterranean

Spices: Oregano, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, dried thyme
Use with: Chicken, lamb, roasted vegetables, grain bowls
Finish with: Lemon juice and olive oil

2. Mexican/Tex-Mex
