4 cloves of garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp brown sugar or honey

1/2 cup low-fat sour cream (optional)

3 large eggs, beaten lightly

Steps: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Put all the ingredients except for the ground beef into a food processor and pulse until everything is finely chopped together. You may need to scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice to make sure that every ingredient is processed evenly. Then add the ground beef into a large mixing bowl and stir with a spoon until well combined. Then add your mixture into a baking pan that you have lined with a piece of foil and bake it for about 30 minutes or until the center is firm. If you want, once your meatloaf is finished baking, you can top it with some tomato sauce before serving.

1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves

1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar
