🥩 Lamb: Rub into lamb leg, rack, or shoulder before roasting.
🥔 Roast Potatoes: Toss with oil, salt, and rosemary. Roast until crispy.

- 1kg potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp Rosemary Dried + 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Flakes + sea salt
Method: Parboil potatoes 8 mins. Drain and rough up edges. Toss in oil, rosemary, garlic, salt. Roast 200°C for 40 mins until golden and crispy. The crispiest roasties ever. 🥔🔥
