• 1 cup Black Currants Zante
• 2 tbsp butter (melted) + 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp Mixed Spice + puff pastry

Method: Mix currants + butter + sugar + spice. Cut pastry rounds. Spoon filling in centre, fold, seal. Score top. Brush with egg. Bake 200°C for 15 mins. Flaky, spiced, traditional! 🇬🇧
