🍰 Baking: Split, scrape seeds into batter. Add pod to infuse.
🍮 Custard: Infuse in warm cream/milk for vanilla custard or ice cream.

🍮 Recipe: Real Vanilla Custard
- 1 Vanilla Pod (split, seeds scraped)
- 2 cups milk + 1/2 cup cream
- 4 egg yolks + 1/3 cup sugar + 2 tbsp cornflour
Method: Heat milk + cream + vanilla pod + seeds until steaming. Whisk yolks + sugar + cornflour. Temper with hot milk. Return to heat, stir until thick. Strain. The most luxurious custard you’ll ever make. 😍
