🍲 Recipe: Classic Beef Stew
- 500g beef chuck, cubed
- 2-3 Bay Leaves
- 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef stock + 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Cracked
Method: Brown beef. Add veges and stock. Drop in bay leaves. Simmer low for 2 hours. Remove leaves. Season with pepper. Hearty winter comfort. ❄️
