🐟 Recipe: Pink Pepper Seared Salmon

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp Pink Peppercorns (lightly crushed)
  • 1 tbsp butter + sea salt + lemon

Method: Press crushed pink peppercorns into salmon. Sear in butter 3 mins skin-side down, flip 2 mins. Finish with lemon. Elegant, beautiful, and takes 5 minutes. 🌸
