🍲 Tagines: The essential seasoning for lamb, chicken, or vegetable tagine.

🥕 Roast Veges: Toss with kumara, pumpkin, and chickpeas before roasting.

🍚 Couscous: Stir through fluffy couscous with dried apricots and almonds.

🥩 Lamb: Rub into lamb shoulder or shanks before slow-cooking.

🍲 Recipe: Easy Moroccan Chickpea Stew

  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 tbsp Moroccan Seasoning
  • 400g tinned tomatoes + 1 onion, diced
  • Handful of Dried Apricots (chopped)

Method: Sauté onion. Add Moroccan seasoning, fry 1 min. Add tomatoes, chickpeas, apricots. Simmer 20 mins. Serve over couscous with yoghurt. Vegetarian magic! 😍
